At 2930 ft, the highest peak in southern Snowdonia, and a great day out. There are also climbs and scrambles on the south and north sides, or some classic crags, Bird Rock and Col Crag, just down the road. Or you could visit the coastal village of Fairbourne, which may not be around for much longer. We are staying at Cedris Farm campsite - a great little site, near the village of Abergynolwyn. (£8pppn).
